1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or placing any wager on the jl3shop platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jl3shop. If any part of these terms is unaceptable to you, your only option is to stop using the jl3shop platform immediately.
Continued use of jl3shop after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. jl3shop recommends reviewing this page periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects when the current version took effect.
These terms apply to all services available on jl3shop including, but not limited to, NBA Betting, MMA Betting, Sports Betting, Baccarat,ingo, Color Game, and any referal or promotional programme operated by jl3shop.
2. Eligibility
To create and maintain a jl3shop account you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is legally permitted under applicable law.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jl3shop or any of its service providers.
- You have not previously been excluded or had your jl3shop account closed for violation of these terms.
jl3shop reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a member is found to be under 21 years of age, any balance in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. Any winings generated during underage use will be void.
3. Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one registered account with jl3shop. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balance, winnings, or bonus credits in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, valid date of birth, a reachable email address, a working Philippine mobile number, and a verifiable payment method. jl3shop may require government-issued identification and proof of payment ownership as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any stage of account use, not only at registration.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. If jl3shop is unable to reach you at the details on record for security, verification, or payment purposes, jl3shop may suspend account functionality until updated information is provided.
jl3shop will never ask you to share your account password, one-time PIN, or full payment card details in any support conversation. Any communication requesting those details should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4. Deposits
jl3shop accepts deposits processed in Philippine Peso (₱) through the payment methods currently available to your account. These may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available methods may vary and are displayed within your jl3shop account dashboard.
The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing requirements are shown at the time of the transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same verified name as your jl3shop account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
jl3shop does not accept cash deposits. Funds transferred by methods not listed as currently active in your account may not be credited and may be returned, minus any bank or processing fees that cannot be recovered by jl3shop.
Deposited funds will typically reflect in your jl3shop balance within the processing time stated for each method. If a deposit does not appear after the stated window, retain your transaction reference and contact jl3shop support before initiating a new deposit for the same amount.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless jl3shop support approves an alternative arrangement in writing. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.
Before a withdrawal can be approved, your jl3shop account must have completed any required KYC verification steps. Pending KYC reviews may delay the release of funds. jl3shop is not liable for delays caused by a member's failure to provide requested verification documents in a timely manner.
Bonus funds and any winnings attributed to active bonus play are subject to the turnover requirements described in Section 6before they may be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal of balance that includes unconverted bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of those bonus amounts.
Processing times for approved withdrawals vary by method and are shown in your account dashboard. Philippine public holidays and banking maintenance windows may affect processing timelines beyond jl3shop's direct control. jl3shop will communicate any known delays through the platform.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
jl3shop may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, cashback, referal rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible members. Acceptance of any promotional offer constitutes agreement to the specific conditions attached to that offer, which are published at the time of the promotion and take precedence over general terms where the two may conflict.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
- Each eligible member may claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly allows repeated claims.
- Bonuses carry a turnover or wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable balance. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each offer's specific terms.
- Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
- jl3shop reserves the right to cancel or reclaim a bonus if it determines that the offer was obtained through misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, or any other form of abuse.
The jl3shop Refer a Friend programme operates under its own specific terms accessible on the Refer a Friend page. Referal rewards are subject to verification of the referred account's genuine first qualifying deposit and compliance with registration requirements.
If you are unsure whether an account action will affect your bonus eligibility, contact jl3shop support before proceeding. Uninformed actions that void a bonus cannot be reversed after the fact.
7. Gameplay & Betting Rules
All bets placed on jl3shop are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or event in question. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a real-money wager. Unfamiliarity with a game's rules does not entitle a member to a refund of a lost stake.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jl3shop system, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the member. Bets are final from the moment of confirmation unless jl3shop declares a void outcome under the conditions below.
jl3shop may void a bet or round under the following circumstances:
- A verifiable technical fault on the jl3shop platform caused round to deliver an inaccurate or corrupted result.
- An event underlying a sports market was postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without a rescheduled date within the specified settlement window.
- Odds were published due to a manifest error and were accepted before correction.
- A game provider declared the round void for reasons within its own operational standards.
In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the member's jl3shop balance. No additional compensation is provided. Winings generated from a void round will not be credited.
8. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl3shop login credentials. This includes your registered email, password, and any authentication codes generated by your linked mobile number. You must not share these details with any third party under any circumstances.
Any activity carried out from your jl3shop account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is considered to have been authorised by the account holder unless jl3shop is notified of unauthorised access before the activity occurs. jl3shop cannot retrospectively void transactions on the basis that a third party accessed your account with your credentials.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your consent, notify jl3shop support immediately. jl3shop may temporarily suspend the account during investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on jl3shop:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or exploit any part of the platform.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed-profit positions across markets.
- Opening or using multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once.
- Laundering funds through the jl3shop platform or using the account for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment.
- Coluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
- Accessing jl3shop using VPN, proxy, or similar obfuscation tools to circumvent geographical restrictions.
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any jl3shop game, algorithm, or payment system.
Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the entire account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. jl3shop reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies for losses caused by member misconduct.
10. Responsible Gaming
jl3shop is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. Gaming involves financial risk and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed. You acknowledge that playing on jl3shop may result in the loss of money and that the platform provides no assurance of profit.

Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and jl3shop will not reactivate an excluded account before the elected exclusion period has passed. Members who have self-excluded should not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Doing so is a breach of these terms.
11. Privacy

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl3shop's total liability to any member in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
jl3shop is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity of data, or reputational harm arising from use of the platform, connection failure, or any force majeure event beyond jl3shop's reasonable control.
13. Amendments
jl3shop may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect where reasonably practicable. Continued use of jl3shop after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must close your account before the new terms take effect.
